The three day Expo, which will be held at the State Pier in historic downtown New Bedford, Massachusetts, will begin on Friday, May 27 and conclude on Sunday, May 29, 2011. Hello Cabo Verde Expo is poised to capitalize on the opportunities that exist today to invest in Cape Verdes dynamic emerging market.

The committee of Hello Cabo Verde Expo, in partnership with the Embassy of Cape Verde in Washington, DC and the Consulate of Cape Verde in Boston, Massachusetts, are working together to ensure that the Expo will be a resounding success. With assistance from the Embassy and the Consulate, the Expo committee has been able to secure the participation of several ministries, government agencies, as well as an array of private businesses in Cape Verde as participants to the Expo. Additionally, the Expo committee has been working in concert with the office of Scott Lang, mayor of the City of New Bedford and his appointed designees, to ensure that Hello Cabo Verde Expo is one of the premier events to be featured in New Bedford this year.
We are thankful for the support that both the governments of Cape Verde and the City of New Bedford have given to the Expo committee. Their assistance is paramount to the success of the Expo and as a committee we are confident that their support will prove to be the catalyst that positions Hello Cabo Verde Expo as the event to attend this year if you are interested in doing business in Cape Verde.
