The SBA has announced that the Restaurant Revitalization Fund (RRF) will begin registrations this Friday, April 30 at 9:00 AM. Applications will be opened on Monday, May 3 at noon.
The RRF will provide restaurants and other eligible businesses funding equal to their pandemic-related revenue losses–up to $10 million per business and no more than $5 million per physical location will be available to affected establishments.
The $28.6 billion program was created through the American Rescue Plan Act to help these businesses keep their doors open, bring jobs back, and revive the industry. The SBA will administer the funds to the hardest-hit small businesses.
Recipients are not required to repay the funding as long as funds are used for eligible uses no later than March 11, 2023. For additional information about the program please click here.
